Ponmudi is a hill station located in the outskirts of Trivandrum. It is located at a distance of 60km from Trivandrum. It is also called as golden peak in Malayalam.It is one of the unspoiled hill stations in Kerala. Ponmudi is an excellent hill station to visit as it is least explored by tourists.Ponmudi eco tourism provides trekking, mountaineering and other adventure sports.Some notable tourist attractions located in Ponmudi are Peppara Wildlife Sanctuary, Echo Point and various trekking spots. Mist-laden valleys, especially Golden Valley near Kallar River. We have travel 22 hairpin curves to reach Ponmudi. Ponmudi is rich in biodiversity and a plastic free zone. The best time to visit is earl morning or evening when the fog covers every thing around you.

GB-25 BUGLAW---HAUNTED BUNGLAW IN KERALA

GB-25 BUNGLAW BONACAUD GB-25 is a haunted bunglaw situated in the outskirts of bonacaud tea estate.It is sitatuated afew kilometers from vithura.GB-25 is refered to as one of the haunted places in kerala because it is an abandoned bunglaw situated in the outskirts of the estate.Sparsely populated estate and overgrown tea plant makes it look as haunted.Many riders had made misconcept about the bunglaw as it is ghost bunglaw.On my last visit i asked the natives whether the ghost is real or not.They responded by laughing and said there is no ghost here ,these are wrong stories put up by Bike riders who had visited this place.    (GB-25 bunglaw,Bonacaud) (An overgrown pine tree in front of the bunglaw) This pine tree can be seen from the bonacaud village.This bunglaw got the name of ghost bunglaw even though there is no ghost.

Teak Leaf Compost Compost is one of the most appealing fertilizer that a plant want. It can also used as potting soil.It is very easy and cheap to make compost at home.Compost can be made using different materials including manure,food waste,unwanted vegetation etc... In this blog i am going to discuss the method of making compost at home using teak leaves.
